Cancellation rights
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases, so please get in touch within 14 working days of receiving the item if you discover any faults. If you have changed your mind about an item and no longer require it, we are happy to receive any unused items (intact and in their original packaging) within 14 working days.
Please contact us prior to returning any item/s and we will replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer (depending on availability of stock).
We will refund return postage costs on any faulty items, but unfortunately we cannot refund return postage on unwanted items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your parcel has unfortunately been lost in the post, and you've already double checked with your local Post Office, we are happy to try and arrange a replacement or a refund option.
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item late or lost until 15 working days after the expected delivery date.
